What our guests says about facilities

The Hacienda At Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta (Adults Only) offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Really good Dining Options

During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the resort's buffet where I was treated to a wide variety of delicious meals, particularly enjoying the freshly made omelets and tacos at the grill. The highlight was definitely the great service provided by staff members at the buffet, like Carlos and Janet, who truly made each meal enjoyable!

Comfortable Accommodations

I was delighted to stay in a spacious Junior Ocean View Suite that was not only clean but beautifully decorated. The amenities included a well-stocked mini-bar and a comfortable sofa that made relaxing in the room a treat. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the quality of room features.

I particularly enjoyed the friendly service from the bar staff, who made sure my drinks were never empty. It was a fantastic place to unwind after a day filled with activities!

Fantastic Evening Entertainment

I truly enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the live music performances in the lobby. The duo that played on Wednesday and Saturday nights were superb, creating a wonderful atmosphere that was both relaxing and enjoyable, making my evenings good at the resort.
